Oxbok Return & Refund Policy
1. Return & Exchange Guidelines
✅ Shoes must be returned within 10 working days from the delivery date in their original condition—unworn, unused, and without any signs of wear.
✅ Try shoes on a carpeted surface to prevent sole marks and avoid bending to minimize creasing.
✅ Size Exchanges: If you order the wrong size, you can exchange the shoes, but shipping costs will not be refunded.
✅ Faulty Goods: If you receive a defective product, report it to us within 7 working days. After inspection, if the fault is genuine, we will issue a full refund, including shipping.
✅ Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds (excluding consignment/customs charges) will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
🛑 To cancel an order, notify us within the specified timeframe at CS@OXBOK.COM.
🛑 If an order is canceled without a valid reason after online payment, a 10% cancellation fee of the total order value will be applied.
3. Conditions for Returning Products
🚨 The product must be:
- Intact and complete in its original packaging, including all accessories (e.g., shoe trees, dust bags, laces, complementary items).
- Returned at the customer’s expense within 7 working days of cancellation.
- Not personalized—customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Returned at the customer’s risk until it reaches our warehouse. We are not responsible for damage, loss, or theft during return shipping.
4. Reasons for Refund Denial
The return/refund request will be rejected if:
❌ The product, packaging, or accessories are damaged or incomplete.
❌ The original external or internal packaging is missing.
❌ The product has signs of use, wear, or dirt.
❌ Customized products are returned for refund or exchange.
In such cases, the product will be sent back to the customer, and shipping costs will be charged accordingly.
5. Exchange & Refund Timeframe
🔄 Exchange: Can be made within 10 working days from the date of purchase.
💰 Refunds: Customers can get a refund within 4 working days if the product is in original packaging with tags attached.
6. No Exchange or Refund for the Following
❌ No exchange/refund without the original sale invoice.
❌ Used products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
❌ No exchange/refund/claim on sale or promotional items.
❌ No service warranty on sale/promotional items.
❌ Accessories are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
7. Repair & Claim Processing
🔧 Claims and repair requests require 15 working days for processing.
8. Refund Processing Time
⏳ Refund requests take 5 to 10 working days to process.
9. Order Cancellation by Oxbok
OXBOK reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including:
- Out of stock items
- Pricing errors
- Declined credit card payments
